Returned goods                                                                          

  • The person who ordered the goods withdraws from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods. Please provide a phone number or email for quick connection in case of any discrepancy.
  • To withdraw from the contract, you can simply download the Complaints Form, which you print, fill out and attach to the shipment.
  • Send the goods no later than 14 calendar days after the company receives the shipment.
    Put a copy of the Withdrawal from the purchase contract form or a simple cover letter with the goods in the package. Always indicate the desired way of processing the withdrawal from the contract (exchange of goods, refund).
    Send the goods complete, undamaged and unworn, in the original undamaged packaging. Otherwise, the seller is entitled to deduct a proportionate amount as compensation for wear and tear (e.g. damaged packaging, missing accessories, scratches, dirty goods).
    Send the package as registered (preferably insured) shipment. Keep the delivery note from the shipment as proof of shipment. Do not send parcels cash on delivery, we do not accept parcels sent in this way.

Processing withdrawal from the purchase contract

  • We handle it in the shortest possible time, at the latest within 14 calendar days of withdrawal from the contract. Please note that we are not obliged to refund the money until the goods have been delivered to us or proven to have been sent.
  • In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract in the form of a request to exchange goods, we will send you a new shipment at our expense.
  • In this case, Ahmad Fehid will pay the price of the purchased goods and the cost of transporting (sending) the goods from the customer to Ahmad Fehid.

 

A refund can be applied if the following conditions are met:

1. The right to a refund applies within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.
2. The goods must not be damaged
3. The goods must be packed in the original packaging

How to proceed with a complaint

  • The person who ordered the goods complains. In the sent complaint, tell us your phone number or email for quick connection in case of any discrepancy.

  • If you are claiming a defective/non-functional product that can be repaired, the claim will be sent for review and possible repair. In the event that it is not possible to repair the goods, please indicate the desired method of subsequent handling of the claim (exchange of goods, refund).
  • If it is a different type of product, please indicate the desired method of handling the complaint (exchange of goods, refund).
  • If you want to exchange damaged goods from a set (i.e. from several pieces in a package), find out how to proceed by email  Info@mixshops.eu .This also applies if the product consists of several parts and only one part is damaged.
  • It is best to send the goods in the original packaging. Wrap already used goods or part of the set appropriately.
  • Include a copy of the Complaints form or a simple cover letter with the goods in the package.

Complaint handling

  • We handle complaints in the shortest possible time, but the longest is within the statutory 30-day period. This period begins on the day the shipment is delivered. For goods claimed in stores, the period begins on the day the goods are handed over for the claim.

  • In the case of a recognized complaint with a request for an exchange of goods, we will send the shipment to you at our expense. If you wish to return the money, we will do so by bank transfer.

  • In this case, Ahmad Fehid will pay the price of the purchased goods and the cost of transporting (sending) the goods from the customer to Ahmad Fehid.
